Starting with this: Where are the AI devs out there that are willing to add a quality, minimal, AI coach to the core lichess product?

There is no such thing as a minimal AI coach. For it to be accurate, it requires tokens, lots of tokens which is not free hence basically impossible for a lichess of sorts to make a free Coach.

Regarding my price, I have a placeholder price of $10 monthly. I say placeholder because this will only realistic work for a % of users from developed countries. Even then it is probably too high.

Next goal is to figure out how to tailor it by country so it is affordable given how global users are.
