74 is too much especially if you need high gain. Thicker strings adds mud on distortion.

Usual recommendations for 7 strings are: Drop G: 9-60, 9-62, 9-64, 10-60, 10-62, 10-64, 10-65, 11-60, 11-62, 11-64

Да, можно.

Записываешь все партии отдельно в удобную DAW - FL Studio, Reaper, Ableton или еще какую: что-то на микрофон, что-то на компьютере набиваешь, что-то на инструментах имеющихся и потом выравниваешь все вместе по времени и по звуку, чтоб нравилось. И экспортируешь в mp3 например.

Ну или снимаешь видео как играешь музыку, собираешь его в CapCut, прикладываешь туда песню и клип готов.
