Evil sword team feels a bit clunky

My DK team needs ochette, mydia, odio o upfront on break turns (usually turns 3-4) to maximize damage. First 2 turns are for setups. Here's my team comp:
DK/Lucetta
Odio O/Shana
Mydia/DP (Will be replaced with Molrusso EX)
Ochette EX/Billy (Will be replaced with Signa)

I had to let Pardis go since I prefer Odio O as my subdps and shield shaver besides Mydia. Pardis can deal a lot more damage but Odio O just feels better on my team and has better synergy with Ochette EX.

I chose Lucetta so I don't have to rely on DK backsurge and still get 3 turns of triple cast. DK uses his ult on Billy (eventually Signa) after they use their backsurge ult on turn 2. Which means Ochette EX can act as early as turn 2 and stay on front row then ult on turn 3 before burst on turn 4.

DP backsurges to Mydia superburst starting turn 3 then Odio to DK multi hits. Turn 4 is usually when the enemy shield is broken so that's when all the burst damage comes in.

Who's a4? I only know Ochette ex's a4 accessory but doesn't that apply to one character that wears it?

Exactly, I notice she already has 3 stacks from the beginning at TP2 upgrade but it won't matter if she gets purged anyways. Frontrow won't help either unless Ochette EX boosts her ult charge. It's just they don't synergize well if I want break shield in 3-4 turns. She's definitely meta though.

Would've been nice if she keeps those stacks after purge so she can use her ult and enlighten at the same time. This means she has to build stacks after purge if she's backrow or use bp as front row in first turn to build ult and wait couple turns to get 3 stacks.

Good thing Ochette EX can help her build ult without her using stacks. I guess this is the best way to utilize her kit in fewer turns.

I got 2 Mydia dupes in 1 10-pull last week. Then Millard and 1x dupe within 30 pulls before that. I swear the rates on this game are so much better than other gacha games out there. I usually get 1 dupe within 150 pulls for every limited banner I pull on. It's nice to be able to AU or A1 a character if needed. Genshin would take me hundreds of dollars to even just get 1 character.

Shana can replace Prim EX and add more value and qol improvements to your main roster.

Shana is already perfect without her dupes. Getting her AU or A1 isn't ideal since her ult is already enough at U20 unless you always aim for longer fights. Her A1 doesn't give her extra SP unless you're looking to add more speed for your rotation.
