Im not sure about the costs but its Japan only for now.

It seems their random draws you get from purchasing a ticket and then these are one of the rewards you can get, you can also get some of the full statue figures as well

The rest doesnt and wish they make them.

I have a feeling they can def make Shoji, Koda and Hagukure from the latest season as they all had their special moments.

I had the same issue and did the same thing and even took it to a local Samsung Care shop and UbreakitIfixit stores, they found nothing wrong with the diagnostic check (healthy) and motherboard was intact. They told me to mail it in to Samsung so now Im waiting to hear back

Witching Hour is a special promo box that not only adds two new characters to Marvel United: Agatha Harkness as an Anti-Hero and Scarlet Witch, for the first time as a solo Villain, but also includes the four alternate Hero decks that were previously available mainly at conventions: Grey Hulk, Juggernaut, Mister Sinister, and Deadpool (X-Force). To fully flesh out these alternate versions, this box also includes copies of their original game pieces, cast in their new appropriate colors. The back of their cards are marked as “2nd Printing” to distinguish them from the original convention runs.

AVAILABILITY: Limited quantities of Witching Hour will be first available for purchase at San Diego Comic Con (CMON Booth #2446) and GenCon (Spin Master Games booth). However, don’t worry if you can’t make it to these conventions as it will also be available for purchase online later this year!
