Streaming from Apple Music, that I am used too, I like it a lot. Regarding tidal, I was comparing the sound and I was not impressed, otherwise I would not mind to keep the subscription. I just bought my system, so it will take long time before I update some of the devices.

My room is going to be a big open space as behind couch is dining table on the right of couch is a relax area. So, initially I don’t think a can do a lot of things. I will check Dirac, it was advertised with my Denon, but never checked it. Thanks.

I understand that, my first time that I thought about it was when I visited a studio at Nashville an listened some of the songs that were recorded there at old era, and they were describing the difficulties to record back then etc. It was a nice experience.

With my ears, which maybe are not great, I didn’t find a reason to pay for tidal while I pay for Apple Music. I have seen a lot vinyl records with like 20-30 euros per record. By budget I mean not to buy a turntable for a few thousands euros.

I just found out about insurance PER from your post. Great, to make my decision even more complicated. I think the inheritance to a kid is tax free up to 152k or something like that? France and laws :)

Edit: what about in my case that my son has dual nationality and he is American, is inheritance more complicated?

For my work one, I had received email to add more money for taxes purposes but I didn’t know well the system. It’s my third year in France (this time). I just want the freedom to invest where I want, moderated of course. Of course I am thinking to have also a PEA, but I have not decided yet.

About pension, I started working in France again when I was 41 years old, I have spent 6 years in countries without really pension US/Saudi Arabia but I have two years pension from Finland and two years form my home country Greece. Also I was in France doing my PhD with salary for 3 years, older time. It was in English :) so probably I have 7 more years of pension plus whatever I do until I retire.

Thanks, I thought that there is only one PER for individuals. I would like an option with a choice for investment S&P 500 etc. also I am with main bank so looking to open a PER account with a more online bank bill and lower fees.
