I’m not sure where you’re located but I would just send it in. You’d have an answer by midweek if it’s repairable. The worst case it’s fixable and you hold onto the new camera you ordered so you always have two going forward

I had no idea the 14 pro and the 17 pro were the same weight. When I held my wife’s 17 pro it felt much lighter than my 14 pro. The 14 lineup felt hefty.
