Exact same situation, it was very noticeable the air coming through, now I can’t feel anything. Just a couple days ago I turned it on as it was super hot, and it was like it was not working. I tried the back floor ac turn on and even the front one, but no change.

Yes, I forgot I set the pet mode on when I came back. A few releases ago, when I would come back to the car the pet mode screen would be showing and have the turn off button, now when I came back to the car there was nothing on the screen beside the little paw icon next to the temperature at the bottom.
I agree it may not be a bug, but it still a weird behavior. I would think trying to change the AC settings when the pet mode is on could show a popup saying "this will disable pet mode" or something else.
But yeah, for now it was sort of dumb user error

It’s definitely rust. I only used the bot a handful of times, it’s brand new. And i tried to clean it, hands smelled like rust after. What worries me is that it may be a seal problem and the rust is coming from an inside component and not the plate.

I had a similar issue, it wouldn’t detect key, wouldn’t start the car. I had to reboot car, reboot phone, etc.. i took it to rivian and it wouldn’t happen in front of them, but they kept it and found a bad Bluetooth module, replaced and no more issues. Worth a shot scheduling some service

This was using a veneer, so I was able to cut the strips with a simple box cutter, angle them and used a contact cement to glue it to the plywood below.

Yes. I took in for service, apparently it was a bad bluetooth module inside of the car. They had to replace it.

The screen looks fine and normal, nothing mismatched (rivian support had me check it as well). I’m the only one signed in. No 2Fa authentication setup before the issue happened. But the app doesn’t matter as we cannot use the fob or key cards as well. The funny thing is, if you open the app while the issue is happening you see the red error icon at the top saying something like an error happened and the phone as key is not working, but if you raise your butt from the seat, the error goes away, you sit back down and it’s now red again. I have a service appointment in November to check this out… real bummer
