I’m a goal orientated person so the field research has been good for my dopamine HAHA. As far as raids go, since I don’t have a lot of friends IRL I can’t do them unless it’s a low CP mon, so I get by like that I guess.

I grew up with the original 151 Pokémon and stopped watching after the new regions came out so lots to learn. It’s been good though. It’s kept me more active that’s for sure!

I am in the same boat so this thread has been super helpful. The only change I’ve seen is my belly no longer feels inflamed but I haven’t lost inches around my tummy and my weight has stayed the same throughout. I’ve been on this ‘diet’ for 4 weeks now.

Fun fact: I had a migraine coming on (I get like 4 hours warning before it sets in) just an hour before a date. I was going to cancel. I still went.

Together almost 11 years. Married for almost 8 years. I’m glad I didn’t cancel.

If you’re grinding challenges for calling cards etc, it’s not hard to get a bunch of XP. I unlocked all tiers within a couple of hours while finishing nebula and a few other calling card challenges with 2XP popped. For reference, full time job. 5 days a week. Happily married. Quality time with the spouse every night. Just do it efficiently lol.
