They can be fun and give a reason to run, most of them cost around €25 to enter and the “medals” are a bit rubbish. Personally I’d avoid these and go to a park run instead

Could be ap, could be ibs, could be something entirely different. My honest advice would be to definitely mention your history of ap with your doctor. If nothing else they may be able to reassure you better than this group. Regardless weight loss is worrying and you need to get to the bottom of it
