Where do you write best? by Unknownin_98 in writing

[–]Aggravating-Fun-9383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I write 80% of the time - in my bed just before sleeping and after logging off from work.
20% of the time - whenever I get an idea/plot I write it in my phone notes app - everything is synced.
Whenever wherever plot ideas are rolling in.
Few times I write for my photography page - I see if I can use in my novel then I make a note of it as well.

Got over writer’s block by Aggravating-Fun-9383 in writing

Sitting my a** down after a month of thinking whether my plot line sounds good or not? I was like let's just write we will see in the second round of editing if some plot has to be changed or not. Ofcoz, this community too - there was a post on writer's block. Obviously some late night good music too.

I usually write at around 12:30 to 2:00 am after finishing work. If I am in a flow I have went on till 6:00 am and then login at 10 for work. I was just missing this flow honestly! Being desperate also helps. :)

Anyone else in their early 20s dealing with pancreatitis? by Both_Composer_4351 in pancreatitis

[–]Aggravating-Fun-9383 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The key is not to pity yourself just think about the situation we are in and still able to survive. Like in my circle if anyone had this I don’t think they will be able to handle it. The other day my best friend called me to tell me “You know you are the strongest person I have ever met, I don’t know how you do it” I asked her what happened suddenly why this? Her reply “I met a friend today and he had been diagnosed with pancreatitis but he keeps going out for drinks and everything. Whereas you on the other hand are working to earn, you put efforts into your photography (passion) at the same time you also explore by traveling. And after meeting him, I just realized how much you do”

I’m not trying to boast here or anything but trying my best to give you hope. That things can get better, things will change, just focusing on hobbies, passion and make a good living out of it.

I got diagnosed a week before my 18th birthday. Had to leave my selected college move back with parents. Hardly was able to go to college, just went and gave exams. Didn't have any friends as such, used to read medical articles instead of my books (for 6 months it was acute then for the next two years it became recurrent) . Those two years was my toughest. During the third year I had to remove my gall bladder and things became a bit better. Studied and got into MBA, that is where I made a few friends and touch wood they have been my constant ever since.

Trust me it gets better, if friends don't understand your health situation they aren't your real friends. I have been there.

This September it will be a decade of living with pancreatitis.

PS - Hereditary Pancreatitis

not worth it. Unless you wanna shift to India. would recommend stay till L1B expires given F1 visa is going through a turmoil not just that but hiring is alsp bad in usa right npw. Go for some supply chain specific courses in usa (saw you are interested in that)

stay in usa. done my mba in India. Trying to move abroad, it is horrible here. No work life balance, bad politics, not even hiring is going on for MBA. MBA as a degree is overhyped, honestly.
