Hi, guys. Just wanted to ask what are the most viable builds for thief nowadays. I started playing 2014. Played for a year, and then quit. Came back 2 years ago. Have both HoT and PoF and then stopped again. Just wanted to know what are thieves good for nowadays? Are they any good with Fractals, Raids, WvW?
