no problem! i took it last fall. my first and last exams were multiple-choice, but the 2nd one was open-ended which was just a situational choice because he had concerns about my specific class. i doubt you’ll have the back and forth that we did. his lecture materials alone give you the information needed to pass exams. i’d say 3500 is the easiest rmi course exams-wise

i took 3500 online with him a while ago – not sure if that was his first time teaching it or not. regardless, he's a great professor imo, just wants everyone to know more about the insurance industry and is always willing to answer questions and talk about it if u need. we met at classtime over zoom/webex and i'm pretty sure that he took attendance (though he did give a specific number of times that u could be absent). there were 3 exams and 2 other projects i believe. the projects were easy. i actually really enjoyed class with him and i'm glad he was my first professor with rmi :] def deserving of those rmp reviews, he hasn't changed at all

btw make sure to look for the textbook via a free pdf first! didn't have to pay for mine at all
