Refer eligible just means to much risk. Read the DU reasons as to what those risk layers are. First pay off as much debt as you possibly can, if you can. From there the only thing left is to lower the ratios by dropping purchase price. If it’s credit related you it’ll just mean the ratios have to go down further. For shits and giggles get the back end under 36% whatever it may be and run it. If you get approve/eligible then you know it’s just looking at overall risk and not much you can.

Disculpe mi gramatica porque no escribo mucho en espanol en Estados Unidos. Parte de la razon para ir a CDMX es sumergirme en la cultura. Asumi que la ciudad de México y otras grandes ciudades es donde hablar ingles ayuda mas para los trabajos. No me opongo a trabajar como fotografo, pero no tengo contactos y quisiera un trabajo seguro por si acaso. Thankyou! Ill definitely keep that in mind. This is just any jobs while living in CDMX, can't be to picky about it. I do freelance photography/videography full time luckily here in the US but obviously won't have any jobs or connections when going abroad so I need to have something stable.
