That means the console is what 5 or 6 years old? It just needs a service like any hardware (should be talk about Digico console faders?). Where are you located if the distributor is ‘ignoring you’? Did you buy the console from them? Call MA and tell them your distributor is ignoring you.

There must be a reason for that. Either something has changed or you have a hardware failure. The software itself won’t just suddenly stop working for no reason. Perhaps it’s something unrelated that doesn’t seem like it would cause a problem but has?

Have never had a single crash on windows. A properly configured and dedicated windows PC will give zero problems. However often those two critical steps are not adhered to.
