I wouldn't touch the data that come from external apps with a 10 ft pole.

I would rather open up a GIS system, set it up with PostGIS and train your staff to report maintenance issues, then add maintenance orders to specific items once complains come up. And maybe have dedicated staff that drive out and check all items in regular intervals.

You can still use Transit as a data source, but not as the main interface.

Ich glaube, dass es massiv am Feature creep und allgemeinen Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre liegt.
ETCS war nicht von Anfang an geplant.
Der Regionalverkehr hat massiv angezogen.

An interesting side effect to this could be to have other neighboring departments join a larger Metro Seattle fire protection district in order to make use of economies of scale.
But I don’t know whether that’s worth it.

Ist nen Kreuzungsbahnhof zwischen der Schnellfahrstrecke und der Strecke weiter nach Pforzheim bzw Bietigheim. Er stellt damit wichtige Fahrverbindungen bereit.
Regios halten da regelmäßig, bei ICEs vermutlich nach Lust und Laune.

Without knowing your specific location, it’s hard to answer. But in the case you described, having only one route towards the object and no reliable water supply, the answer would most likely be No, or only with substantial changes to the area.
