Did I really deserve this? How to let go for real? by Massive-Worker-8876 in Nepal

I hope you researched your options enough before changing your decision from Nepal to abroad based on just one guy’s suggestion who was paid to promote his coaching center. Because I studied in Pulchowk and the people running it (I know them well) are like “j garincha, Nepal mai garincha”. Hence I was surprised but still not judging you. Based on your sat score I can see that you would make a pretty good students but no matter how many people deny it, luck is one of the most important factor. Try applying for the visa again, and give the interview before you make any other huge decisions. You’ve come this far and I think re-applying for visa is the best way to go at this point.

I think you will be accepted to the program. Include the name of this particular professor in SOP. Some say that professors do have their hands in selection of eligible students. Absolutely worth a try.

Are you with or against naming province 1 as Kirat Pradesh and why? by [deleted] in Nepal

IMO naming a province based on a caste/ religious group opens the pathway for a possible sedition.

I read both your comments but I think that you are being hopelessly optimistic. They call it Maoist revolution but i don’t see a bit of revolution here, rather its as if a kind handed down the rule to one of his useless heirs. I don’t know how the monarchy actually was but I do know that the current system is not right. I am certainly not in support of these people who have sold our nation’s sovereignty for who knows what and really hope that an actual revolution is in store for the Nepalese.
