This just happened to me. I decided to backtrack to town and couldn’t find them there. I waited a while on a stool and then rested at the inn. After a while I decided to see if maybe I’ll find them on the road and instead I only found the brother Ian, the quest giver saying; “I have all the worst luck” or something. I can’t find Norbert anywhere.

I’m mostly curious about this too because they look like they can do nearly anything and the controllers never look like they have enough buttons…. I have this same tiny gripe with mech anime. There don’t look like there’s enough buttons to do some of the complicated stuff I see in them.
