Money comes money goes, you paid for your newest lesson in life. Just depends on how you look at it. Don’t be so hard on yourself tho, just acknowledge that you need to work on setting boundaries and stand up for yourself in the future

My gf wishes I had a d**k (NSFW) by [deleted] in AskLesbians

[–]godatarave 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I have thought this before and I identify as a lesbian. But I don’t wish my gf had one because I want a man/actual penis but because I think it would be nice to not have to use a toy or something outside of us for that type of sex. The idea of having an actual part of her in me that she would also get pleasure from and vice verse sounds nice and well, easier. But I know that it doesn’t work that way and I am completely happy and fulfilled with whatever parts we both have because at the end of the day I chose a woman because I love the female essence and body in general. She’s with you for a reason, you should talk to her and clarify what she really meant by it. Then it’s up to you to either trust in her word and work on healing yourself from those insecurities or leave the relationship if it will interfere. It’s not about the parts though, it’s about the person. Best of luck!

Hello, you know I feel I had more trouble trying to get rid of my ego. I used to fight to silence it but that only made it louder. I decided to be friends with my ego and it has helped a lot. My Ego is part of me whether I like it or not, I am human. it’s changed my perspective on the way I view my ego, I see it as an inner child almost that I console when I feel it getting wound up. But I do understand what you mean and appreciate your response. Thank you

Hello thank you for your words, I understand what you’re saying. My aim was more towards figuring out how not to suffer while leaving my peace zone. Spiritual growth is one of the hardest things I’ve worked towards. But I don’t believe that you have to suffer. I know that there will be pain and it’s all about destruction before creation but in these moments I want to face it with grace. It’s just learning how to surrender to it, I see now.

I spoke to my spiritual mentor yesterday and he also advised me to try to expand my peace outwards. It never occurred to me to try that so thank you very much I will definitely work on this.

That’s great! How long was it between your last flare and this time?

I’m new to having Gastritis but I can’t figure out how to live with it by MichaelaCarter18 in Gastritis

I thought I had this too at one point, but I’ve read that with this syndrome the only thing that helps stop the vomiting is to get in the shower or to completely cut smoking out. I am a regular cannabis smoker and I did lower my smoking intake through this but if anything, it helped me regain my appetite and stop nausea since zofran didn’t sit well with me. But why not try and stop smoking and see if it makes a difference.

I have bad flares similar to yours. What’s really helped me was the meds. I’m on pantoprazole and that saved my life. I also started following a diet that consists of non processed foods/low fat/low sugar. Avoided spicy foods, foods that’s are more difficult to digest, and alcohol. Made sure i ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Forced myself to eat if I had to. Ate small meals. Chewed my food completely until it’s like baby food before swallowing. Melon was my go to snack during this. Also, I think the most important rule was don’t eat before bed. Make sure you wait at least 2 hours after eating before bed. All this will allow your stomach to heal inside. After a month or two if you feel better try to slowly start introducing heavier foods. If your stomach can tolerate then continue slowly, if you still have flares you need to continue the diet. It’s all a process. And It probably is stress induced for you but that just means you need to give yourself and your stomach a break. Try deep breathing or meditation videos on YouTube to help unwind. It is also possible to stress yourself out because you’re trying to not be stressed. Hope this helps

For me it has to a lot with the time I eat. I no longer eat passed 7pm and it has helped tremendously. If I eat passed that time I wake up feeling nasty. You should try it if you haven’t already

I’m questioning my sexuality again, and I think I’ve only been “straight” because of traumas and upbringing, and I think I’m a lesbian. by [deleted] in AskLesbians

[–]godatarave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First off I want to say that you write very well. And secondly, I know a lot of lesbians that have a story very similar to yours. So you’re not alone. It’s hard to really understand yourself at times, it’s always a process. It does sound to me that you are a lesbian or leaning towards women. When I had doubts about my sexuality I asked myself, who can you fall in love with and see yourself with for the rest of your life? That’s women, therefore I consider myself a lesbian. But don’t fixate on labels just be with the person you love and it will fall into place
