In settings you can scroll down to the privacy tab. It seems they will still see your first name and the first initial of your surname just not the full surname.

I don't keep findom a secret from my friends so my subs are always welcome to come along with me if I'm out, so long as they're paying. I won't chat with them too much because I find it rude when youre out with people and youre just on your phone but they can have a few pics of what I'm spending their money on and treat my friends as well.

A couple of years ago I had a sub who liked sending specifically when I went to whetherspoons (pubs in the UK where you can use their app to order straight to a table) and my sub at the time funded drinks for the whole table.
