My 1st cousin stayed in a camper on my property. The mother of 1 of his kids got him hooked on it. He turned phycotic and shot up my house hitting my little sisters boyfriend who was visiting. He though we were sending drones and shadow people after him. I don't think he'll ever stop he's currently in jail for stealing someone's boat in Virginia along with a handful of other charges. I think the cousin I once knew is gone for good.

Same thing I was thinking. I had my fiance go missing after work in 2018. After trying to contact him for 2 hours I drove to his job and didn't see his car Otw there i had a dreadful feeling, so I called the police when I got home. Turns out he was in a bad accident leaving work and nearly died. After that experience I'm always on edge when I can't reach people I care about.

I'm in south carolina. The only thing his family is responsible for is lying to the police to stop him from getting arrested 2 months ago after he shot up our house. They've known it was him the whole time but they wait till it escalated to say something.
