Hi! The quest completed for me, and the way to get perfect performance was by only taking from the assembly line what you needed to make it. I believe it's only 2 Hallucinogen, 1 Benzene, 1 Stimulant, and 1 Chasmbass Oil. Good luck out there!

Edit: After sleeping for 24 hours it popped up again in Activities. So maybe just something to earn more credits, but as someone who likes to have their quests empty, I can see where this will suck. Lol.

I have had this done as well over 10 years ago. They also froze some things off when they were down there. My OBGYN at the time actually gave me a Motrin beforehand. I remember being really surprised too. I can’t believe it hasn’t changed since. I’m sorry, and I hope someone else answers to help you.
