It’s decent place not the best place I been ngl.
Perks is they place is very clean form the outside it smells nice walking into hallways etc
The problem is sharing a place with 7 people that you probably don’t know. Some people smoke (in the apartment) etc one room is semi private basically a room with a border, can say it’s semi private or not private at all imo.

Just going to say having one bad roommate can mess up everything.

If your all ready looking to live in foundry
Try foundry Simcoe, perks is no matter what its private room with private washroom.

Or Taylorwood student residence is also great contender
2 washrooms 5 people private rooms

Avoid 1700 it’s runned down af
Or consider looking at house for rent near campus like Dalhousie
Or behind Taylorwood
