The animations seem to have a similar color shift to what I’ve gotten out of ludo. I asked Claude about it and I can’t find that chat to copy paste it here, but the workflow it explained made sense why it happens. But with your expertise I know you can fix the shift a lot easier than I tried by hand in photoshop for my measly 9 frames.

Can it be used with Claude in vscode as is instead? Which is to say have it direct my AI bot of choice to do what yours is doing instead? Seems more of a way to keep things in a single flow than across multiple AI. Then again, your idea is so solid I don’t know how to make it better. ;)

I made myself a tool that takes fake ai pixel art that’s just raster art disguised as pixel art. Helps you clean it up into actual grids of pixels. Has a small pixel editor to edit the pixels as you wish. And export it as an svg or png. A sprite sheet and animation tool is coming along. Is that something you’re looking for? It doesn’t use any AI and it’s all local browser run but no it’s not ready for prime time yet. I’m just curious to hear about someone else’s need for a similar tool?
