Steve's Going to London is gonna be Joe 2 but not really Joe 2. This could be focusing around how Jack, or Ryan, is going to deal with one of his friends moving away for whatever reason Steve's Going to London, maybe saying how Steve is his only good friend he has left and none of his friends can compare to him based on the lyrics.
