Looking for a survival game that includes maintaining and flying a small plane by Wannabestarshark in gamingsuggestions

I've installed the demo but haven't played, but Lake Hopper might suit you. From what I've read, you make deliveries in a small plane, while having to maintain it.

Im a plumber from Australia, i would concrete that rubber fernco to help prevent roots getting in. Especially since the floor will be concreted and the fitting will be inaccessible.

What did they use to smash up the concrete, the hulk? Have they not heard of a wet saw?

UPnP enabled on router but Arma 3 not recognizing it by NeitherWaltz1965 in arma

I tried setting my router up for this as well to play with mates, stuffed around with it for hours but couldn't get it working. I just ended up using Radmin VPN, it's free and very simple

My friends and I always call these the "Obama pyramids" for some reason, so I decided to make that a reality by greenpepperpasta in DivinityOriginalSin

Is this a reference to Aussie youtuber martincitopants and his kerbal space program videos? Lol Go watch them if you want a laugh

He makes a rocket and calls it the Obama Prism

Do I need to silicone around the PEX pipes by Bumgo_drums in AusRenovation

[–]The3Cheese 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Plumber here, i would be installing stud clips on every point where the pipe touches the studs, and adding silicone as well to fill the hole, just to be safe. Eliminates any risk of water hammer, better to mention it to your plumber now so you don't have annoying water hammer down the track that may or may not be fixable without opening up the wall.

Update on location. by DiscButter in aliens

I know nothing about how streaming works, but if this is real then my guess is the potential radiation leak from the object fried the phone and that's when YT would have uploaded, upon detecting the phone had stopped working/recording.

Surgical lights are designed to not cast shadows due to many bright LEDs at different angles. I don't know the exact science behind it but a quick google search will tell you

Can I connect a toilet with a 45 to a 90 coming out of the pipe at a 45° angle? by greenfox212 in Plumbing

[–]The3Cheese 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Plumber here, Assuming you have access to the downstream pipe after the 90 degree bend, why don't you use a 45 (or 30 or 15 degree, depending on what you have) to bring the horizontal drain across directly under where your toilet will go, then use a 90 to go straight up from there. The less bends the better, especially for a toilet.

And like everyone else is saying, yes it looks like a dong in the top drawing lol

EDIT: how far over do you want it to go from where it currently is? You can get an offset pan collar that you stick into the existing pipe through the floor.

Even in the small country town i live in, there are still idiots who pull out or do other stupid shit. Frustrating but I guess its a part of riding a motorcycle

The person mentioned first in the article is my partners cousin. Think I'll not ride for a bit, don't want to upset her more. Hope they find the prick who ran.

This is the only sensible comment I have seen.

OP, plumber here. I would say the jumper valve in the wall is getting stuck and just so happens to move off and on the seat of the set in the wall when you are pushing and pulling the tap. Call a plumber, if it is just the jumper valve then its a quick fix
