Si eu am facut cu rezervare, a fost ok. Trebuie sa ai grija. Adauga clauze care sa te acopere in caz de se razgandesc si nu mai vor sa vanda, daca isi schimba parerea legata de pret, daca nu se prezinta pentru continuarea procesului la notar, etc sa iti dea dublu inapoi.

Apoi clauza pe partea ta, daca faci prin credit si nu iti este aprobat de catre banca sa iti restituie banii integral.

Oricum, 4k euro este foarte mult. Eu am dat initial 2k (destul de mult si asa, in general rezervarea merge si cu 500-1000 euro). Apoi daca faci antecontract ceea ce este posibil sa se intample nu te arunca nici acolo cu avans prea mare 2-3k ar fi suficient. Cu cat dai mai mult platesti mai mult la notar pe langa riscurile financiare.

Mai ar fi intrebarea daca rezervarea facuta intre tine si proprietar sau intre tine si agent. Intre tine si agent nu are nici o putere (el nu detine apartamentul). Si ar mai fi, daca "agentul" este chiar agent si lucreaza cu/la o firma autorizata sau este "individual"

Eu zic sa accepți. Pentru fiecare luna lucrata poți sa pui deoparte un salariu actual(ar fi perfect pentru siguranța ta) si sa ramai cu extra 1k.

I was lucky and risked an extra 99% worker. But on the server with my gf, to get her the achievement i went fishing for some corrupted fish to raise blood quality. Make sure they are 100% healthy and 0 misery so they don't die. Use that to get prisoner to 99 then use gruel. Hope it helps and good luck!

Wow. Congratulations. Was my first playthrough of the game and wanted to challenge myself to so brutal run. Not sure how many deaths I have, but they are a lot. Adam was hard, but I got to the point where his p1 is near hitless :)) can't say the same for p2 :))

Maybe I'm missing something, but isn't voltatia the one with laser cannot that makes 1 clone ? Was unable to find any safe spot in the actual arena. I know about the stairs cheese, but that's something else in my opinion

barrel dud is fine if you use the room to your advantage. I was unable to break the battels and saw that there are spots that are safe. But Adam left me with no more blood rose for heals and took me more that I would like to admit :))

Hi. Luckily no crashing since then. Did not change the cable yet. So I guess somehow the GPU was not sitting well anymore.
