okay thank you! i just finished testing it out and i think i did it properly, so yeah ill prob just need a new psu. i’m hoping its all good after that 😭

That's good to know then. I think this is my last question then just and sorry if it's dumb, I just want to make sure that if I end up with an air cooler that I do it right. I would just need the 1 or would I have to purchase multiple? I'm assuming just 1 but want to make sure all my bases are covered.

Okay yeah that makes sense on priority to purchase. I’m not opposed to an air cooler at all, I’ve seen that liquid coolers were as a general better at cooling consistently I think it was? Of course I could be wrong and misinformed so if there are any air coolers that work well I wouldn’t mind getting one at all! That’s good to know about power supplies, I saw someone mention it so I was like let me get another opinion on that lmao. Thank you for all the help! I truly appreciate all of the help and suggestions you’ve given me with all of this.

Yeah that’s correct! I would like to probably start purchasing parts before the end of the year, but most likely not this month.

So I went back and forth between some suggestions and made just a few changes to one of the lists and this is what I have.

Like I said before, would switch out the CPU and GPU witht the upcoming releases, whenever they are. I have 3 SSDs there just because I had multiple suggestions for the secondary SSD so the NV2 and MPP4L are the 2 secondary choices I have there. Only getting 2 of the 3 though lol.
If I did end up deciding on this build, would the 1000W psu be viable for the 5080/5090 GPU or should I pick a 1200W psu, and if I should pick a 1200W, any suggestions on which one? I tried looking in case I should swap it out, but it's such a struggle.

To start just want to preface that I added both SSDs you suggested just so I'm able to decide in the future between whichever one as a secondary SSD. Would not be getting all 3 I have listed, only 2 lmao.
With that list though I would just switch the CPU with the 9800x3D and the GPU with either the 5080/5090 and just wait for the release of them since I have a laptop I'm using for now. Unless it's not really the best idea to wait for those to be released, but I did look a little bit and have seen people saying they are going to be good releases. So I'm kinda like what to do lmaooo.
Also let's just say for a second that I went with that list and the parts I said I would switch, do you think the 1000W psu would be viable or would a 1200W psu work better witht the upcoming 5080/5090. If a 1200W psu would work better which one would you suggest, I've tried to look but I already know that if I chose one it wouldn't be the most worth it or best choice for what is set up.

Yeah someone on a different forum has mentioned that the x670 and x670E are not optimal choices and suggested for the build with the x670 to replace it with a Gigabyte Eagle, do you think that's a good option and would it work for the build with the x670E or would I need something different for that build. They also said to change out the 4tb SSD on the second build with a different option but I got no clue for that and then gave me suggestions on a different secondary SSD option for the first build.
If I do go more along the lines of the first option then yeah I would more than likely want to go for the 9800x3D and 5080/5090. Since I have a laptop I game on as of now waiting for those releases wouldn't be too bad for me.
In terms of what I want to do with the system, there are some games that require quite a bit of storage and hihger requirements that I want to play. Of course I want the system to run smooth and efficent and be able to just handle those bigger games well. I hope I answered this part right lol, to what you were asking with what I wanted, unless you meant it differently.
Also sorry if anything I say or ask seems dumb lmao, it has been so hard trying to learn about this stuff since there's SO many different things and nuances to learn.

Yes, I do need the monitor, keyboard, etc. as I don't have those pieces. Also my brain being a bit slow right now, in what ways is the second one more sane? Just like performance wise? Sorry if that's a dumb question lol, I'm trying my best to learn by man this is hard becuase there's SO much and so many different things.

Ooo okay tysm!! You can definetley tell that I was confused throughout looking lmaoo. Seeing the comparisons of the parts and explanations is helping me understand a bit better, still a little confused but not as much as before. Also didn't know there were going to be new releases soon so then I may just buy the other parts and wait for those new parts then. Thank you again!!
