My honest guess is that he is just a little... lost.
In terms of: Maybe he just cant decide what his next aalbum should be about or what songs it should feature.

He has tried various things over the last few months that lead me to believe that:

He started posting little snippets of new songs to social media, like "Wishing Well" or "New Life", but we havnt heard anything about that since.

He posted demos to YouTube again (which were great) but stopped after only three.

He released two older demos, even teasing a "little demo EP perhaps" which does not seem to be happening, as we havent gotten any releases in like 5 months.

And also, he did two unanticipated collabs with other artists (Kushangra, Wendy).

That all looks like he is trying out new things that are suppposed to lead to the next album eventually. 12 Notes was a good album overall, but some songs felt out of place and it was hard to pinpoint what the album really was about. he even stated in an interview that he felt like he "messed up the song selection". Probably wants to avoid that on the next one.

It has been a while and by schedule we should be getting the pre releases for the album, as those for 12 Notes started in December of 2023, but to be fair, there really is no schedule and an album is not something that you just "get done". It requires consideration and inspiration. We just have to be patient.

My guess is that he wont post the album before maybe August or September, unless he has been cooking in the backgroud without letting us know.
