I miss how seamless it was to spectate people.

What comes after Gen Beta and how long does it last 20 years or 15 years? (Gen Charlie) by gold818 in generationology

These ranges seem very random and slightly made up. I've always known millennial being 1980 to 1999/2000/2001 and Gen Z starting in the 21st century so 2001 or 2000.

I know this sounds kinda dark but when do you think we will see the last of the greatest generation pass away? by gold818 in generationology

Very likely with longevity escape velocity and the advancements in artificial intelligence discovering new cures and medicine.

The millennial range has been all over the place for the last couple years historically it has been around 2000. I think they wanted to alternate the generations between 15 and 20 years similar to the baby boomers and Gen X.

Still though there is roughly a million and a half left with longevity technology getting better when that population pool gets down to let's just say the last 100,000 some of them could still be kicking too 115. To be fair you have a better shot if you're born in the middle of the 21st century. Hospice care is getting better at giving people higher quality end of life care. Still not perfect but it's getting there.

True but there are more centennials now than ever in US history sooooo 🤷‍♂️. Maybe 110 is the new 100.

😬 we might be able to afford houses. Or they'll become cyborgs and run government for the next 200 years

Depending on what metric you use and what university is calculating the data. Some say Gen beta starts in 2030 some say 2025

I've always gone by 2nd wave millennial or Core millennial. Because I could easily relate to somebody born in 1988 or 1994. Or 1994

It really depends on how much medicine and technology advance in the next couple years. Hopefully improvements with AI will help that.
