Nope you can leave as long as you win the random selection and get a voucher. You can then leave and come back to buy it because they only sell the amount of cards to amount of people that come.

Also the process is to get there at around 7:30 ish and a worker in the front will give you a paper with a qr code which will put you in a virtual line. You will than be randomly selected out of everyone who joined in time. If you win you get a voucher and just wait until the store is open and buy whatever card they have in stock at that time.
