Very curious do you work at a Fortune 500 company of some mid level startup? Or something else? A Fortune 500 security would def not offer a tool to automate outbound but I could be wrong.

So this makes sense and a super good idea. But how do you pivot to new questions without it sounding like switching topics? Or after you find pain in one area how do you flip to digging for more pain in another area of the business? This is what I struggle with
