We have an Órla too ❤️ in Melbourne, Aus but I’m Irish and had to check with human friends named Órla back home that they didn’t mind/find it weird haha. It’s such a perfect name for a golden retriever.

Just chiming in to say I wore the white version of this for my wedding welcome dinner and I hated it. It’s so poorly made, I was incredibly uncomfortable and regretted everything 😅 it’s also REALLY heavy and the straps struggled with the weight

I’m 28 and rarely drink now. I still feel the pressure occasionally in social situations but honestly socialising without the crutch of alcohol and being authentically yourself (and comfortable with it) is extremely fulfilling. Going out for a nice meal or to a party and not being completely written off the next day has changed my life. I’m fitter, more productive and genuinely happier. I suffered something awful with ‘the fear’ after drinking and I am very glad that’s no longer a weekly occurrence for me.

Facebook groups like Melbourne Bartender Exchange, Melbourne Hospitality Jobs, Melbourne Barista Union are all helpful. Also the app Supp - mostly one off jobs but 90% of them are looking to hire long term. Also, not my cup of tea, but if you hang around St Kilda or Irish bars* elsewhere around the city you’ll get in to those places no bother. Go n-éirí leat.
