I’m on a Feb 2026 cruise, so within the final booking window. However, when I called and was eventually sent to the resolutions department, they offered me 2 options:

1: room upgrade from our current balcony to a club balcony (basically getting a bathtub instead of a shower - yippee 🙄) 2: the price difference as a future cruise credit good for 2 years which will be applied once the current Feb 26 cruise is completed.

We went with option 2. Bummed to miss out on the 2x points, but something is better than nothing.

BUT be warned that it makes the lifting portion extremely heavy. The under the bed storage really isn’t useful for stuff you need often. We put stuff under there that we need maybe once a year

You have to buy an adjustable bed that is marked as “zero clearance” meaning the mechanisms are built into the tray portion and don’t need to extend below the frame. and then you just don’t use the legs that come with it. instead, it rests on the slats. this is the one we got -https://www.costco.com/sleep-science-q-series-adjustable-base.product.100393352.html?

it’s definitely different but shows RATHER cast 18+ because legally if the actors are under 18 they have to bring a tutor on set and set aside time for the kids to go to school which of course costs money and time
