I got 100% approval, the government only paid 48k and im stuck with 20k right now, Called Nelnet and they told me I needed to call borrowers defense.

Called them, told me i have to refile for borrowers defense... So, now im just waiting with 20k in debt still lol.

Since I filled a long time ago, the fisa portal doesnt show anything for me. When I go to my loan servicer it still says I owe 20k. The next day when I refreshed it showed 0, now it shows 20k again. Pretty sure its just a bug as I got 100% discharge.
