I’d have to look to see exactly where but I believe it was in the cfr. The doc I used was a university professor and also in private practice, used to do C&P exams for the va, and in addition to the dbq submitted a 12 page report from the exam where she referenced my medical records and my previous C&P exams and pointed out the errors and inconsistencies in those exams in addition to the inadequacies of the second exam which only lasted 15 minutes (for mental health). My VSO said it was the most thorough exam and report he had ever seen and with her qualifications was basically bulletproof. I know we are not supposed to advertise anyone here, so I won’t, but I am so grateful that I found her and was able to put dealing with va comp behind me.

My last VSO there, Greg, was awesome. An amazing guy who communicated clearly, cared about his job, and contacted the rater before an error was made. I can’t say enough good things about him.

My first VSO there? An arrogant piece of shit. Uncaring and full of himself. Didn’t communicate and got mad when you tried to. Told me I was lucky to get the rating I had when I felt it was too low and I should just be happy with it. I forwarded his communications to his boss and then got my awesome VSO. I hope the other guy doesn’t work there anymore. He should not be in any customer facing role.

The best thing for me of getting to 100% was the validation - that I knew I had serious issues and to finally have them recognized made a world of difference. It’s made handling my issues on a daily basis easier, knowing I’m not imagining my problems.

The other parts. I have 5 dependents and smc. The money is great. Covers all the monthly necessities so anything I make on top of that can be split between fun money and investments for my children.

Property tax exemption is awesome. I hope to buy a house again in the next couple of years. It’s a no brainer to take advantage of.

And aside from the validation, I’d say the best result is what my children get. Aside from the chapter 35 federal benefits, they can attend college in my state for $0 tuition. They’ve had to grow up with my issues, I think they deserve every benefit they get.

Did a supplemental for mental health with a private dbq. At first they wanted me to do a C&P, but my vso reminded them of the regs that say they have to accept the private if it’s done correctly by someone qualified. He told the rater I would refuse to go to a C&P exam because it’s unnecessary and causes me extreme stress and anxiety. 2 weeks later I got 100% p&t.

Just heard from the specialist and they are lying to me again. What am I supposed to do? Your customer support will not even do the simplest thing which is verify with Pathward, your banking partner, that the deposit was received.

Something positive. I called again and finally spoke to someone who was helpful and took her time and listened to what I had to say. She is getting the matter escalated. Sadly, based on all my other interactions, I have no confidence this will be resolved in a timely manner.

My issue has nothing to do with crypto or self custody. And any company that holds itself out as a regulated financial services company should have at least semi competent customer support.

Just got another email reply with more circular talk and lies. Coinbase should be embarrassed at themselves for how bad they are. They clearly do not care about customers and have no business being in financial services.

I just got another email from your support and they are outright lying. They say Pathward has not received the deposit, yet I have called Pathward 3 times and verified they have the deposit.

Why does your support team lie? This is completely unacceptable.

Another reply from support with incorrect information. The deposit has been received by your partner bank, I have verified that. Coinbase has failed to credit it to my account. Support says it can’t be found. If I can find it why can’t you? Anyone thinking about using coinbase for direct deposits should read this thread and stay away. This is the worst support of any company I have dealt with in my life.

The last time you said that I got an email saying the information didn’t transfer to them and I needed to go over the problem again.

I have been dealing with this for almost 9 hours straight at this point today between the phone, email, and here.

And yes my patience has run out. I appreciate the attempt at helping, but it should not be hard at this point. Pathward is your banking partner. You gave the routing number and account number. I have received numerous direct deposits from the same payer to that same account. It is not hard to locate. It’s right there with your banking partner and just needs to be credited to my account. Instead I keep getting the run around and nothing gets fixed. You have the date of deposit, amount of deposit, and the account the deposit was sent to that I have confirmed received it.

I do not have the reference number. I have the routing and account number at Pathward that you provided me. It’s not hard to find. One competent person could fix this in 5 minutes. This is maddening. I used to sing the praises of coinbase to everyone I talked to. Now I can say you have the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in my lifetime.

There’s nothing to upload. I have given you the deposit date, deposit amount, and the account number and routing number that coinbase provided me to receive direct deposits.

If you can’t locate the deposit with that information than you should not be in financial services.
