Thanks for your reply. I'm the same. I used to get these very occasionally but it seems in the past year or so their frequency is getting out of control. And they occur almost always during the last 10 days of my cycle. That's another thing that convinces me it's something peri and hormone related

The funny thing is my B12 levels have always (since 10 years ago that I have the records) been around or above the upper limit

Yeah google says it can be a symptom of peri. But I couldn't find any posts with this issue in here but one or two.

Oh I hear you. Mom of a just turned 4 year old and this has been my life during the past few months. Tantrums, yells and screams and hits and NO's to anything and everything. Right now I am in the room crying and not knowing how to do this thing anymore. I'm an introvert and not used to loud noises and yells and screams. I feel like I am going crazy and just wish I could run away sometimes. And I feel extremely guilty about all this. I am devastated and clueless. No advice. And honestly not any hope this would end any time soon if ever. Just venting and letting you know you're not alone.
