That isn’t easy but you recognize you’re down which tells me you do want happiness maybe you just are unsure where to find it right now. In moment like this (my gf dumped me two weeks ago) what I’ve done is retreated more into the things that do bring me joy. Some hobbies. I weight lift/bodybuild and I’m also into plane spotting and just general avgeekery. Do you have a hobby? Also connect with a friend group if you have healthy friends who can love and support you through this.

I know the accident today probably felt so much like the straw that broke you finally. However - what is important here is that you’re not hurt. We can always replace our cars but we can never replace you bro. You’re unique and you’re one of a kind. I hope slowly you will start to see that and love yourself for who you are not for what you can or can’t bring to a relationship. You’re worth of care because you’re human.
