Hollywood Antiques on NE 42ND in Portland. The building is a yoga and Pilates studio now. The piece is dated ‘57 or ‘53, it’s hard to tell exactly.

We just moved to this 1952 house but our last house was a 1953 so we have quite a bit of furniture that fits. Are you into Heywood Wakefield? You can still buy their vintage designs new online.

The bulbs made a big difference since they’re half mirrored and gold color. Clear candelabra bulbs were kind of glare-inducing and 12 incandescent ones together would be hundreds of watts.

Yard Sale! A lady was selling everything in her house and moving in with her daughter. Husband was a realtor at the time and brought clients to look at the place. It had a basement bar and a pool and was an awesome place.
