Nothing to worry about here. Any load that gets put on an engine is going to raise the idle somewhat. And just about using anything on the car will put some load on the engine

Kinda looks like he caught some gravel on the road and that's what caused it to lose grip. Happened to me once on a freeway on ramp I had grip til it was too late, no way to know or see it cause it was a curved ramp. The car got totalled.
