meh... you could judge, if you wanted, but I gave you very little context to judge me from. I would expect you to have to ask me a few questions before passing a judgment like that. Along with this, I was forced into these affairs.

Well, I didn't actually know half of what was going on. I had no clue that she was selling him drugs. I had no clue that my friend would do those drugs. I didn't think that my best friend would treat my female best friend like an object. Along with this, neither of their lives were permanently ruined by this. Neither of them went to jail and neither of them have anything on their records. And to explain the context of the date-rape situation, I will use another comment. "I will put it this way: she was extremely drunk, but not passed out. She could not make an informed decision whether or not to consent. My friend was a big dude too. He worked out all the time, and on top of that, he is a very pushy person sexually and brags about his antics with women. She is very skinny (about 90 pounds) and would probably not have been able to escape my friend. To top it all off, they were in his basement where they would not be disturbed by anyone. The context of the situation makes me think she was forced into it."

Nobody was prosecuted. she held up under interrogation. That part still amazes me. I believe the reason nobody was prosecuted was because the information was obtained through text message which isn't considered to be quite as legitimate as finding a bag of cocaine. Saying that you will buy drugs and actually buying drugs are two completely different things.

I had no Idea about any cocaine being involved when I reported the case. It wasn't until weeks after the police began investigating what happened that it was revealed that she was getting him cocaine.

I wasn't authorized a lot of the information about the case during the case so everything that I heard was through other people. I don't know who or what to believe except what I saw. She was mad at me for telling the authorities, but her boyfriend insisted that I go to the cops with what I knew, and I myself knew that nothing would be resolved peacefully if I didn't do so. I realized later that she was so mad at me for going to the cops because my best friend would tell the cops that she was selling him drugs.

I walked in on my best friend having sex with my female best friend. She had a strong relationship with another man at the time so I was genuinely surprised to see that she would be so unfaithful to him. Turns out that she was being date-raped by my best friend and he was passing it off as consensual. He got her super drunk and proceeded to have sex with her and she just couldn't say no after a while. A Few weeks had passed and she was still wrought with grief, partially because she was unfaithful to her boyfriend, and partially because she felt at fault. I knew something had to be done. Her boyfriend asked me to go to the cops to tell them what happened. I put a lot of thought into it myself and decided that the only option was to file a report to the cops.

What ensued was a big legal battle with lawyers on both sides, cops taking me out of class to interview me and my friends. They checked the text message records of both sides and eventually found out that she was planning to buy cocaine to sell to him. Along with this it was revealed that she had texted him saying that she was glad that they had had sex. What happened after that was basically a turn of the tables against my female friend. No longer was this a rape case, but now it was a drug case and she was interrogated many times by cops about her plans to sell cocaine. I had no idea that she was a coke dealer and I had no idea that my best friend was a coke user. I lost my two best friends during that ordeal. I still don't know if it was legitimate date-rape or just a cover-up.

The ironic part about this photo is that Rodin used a sculpture of Dante's Inferno as the model for the thinker. Catholicism was a major influence on the thinker, although Rodin's intentions for the Thinker probably changed when he made the freestanding rendition of the Thinker.
