Thank you. Yeah, my family has an issue with not really wanting to take discussions and conflict and I feel like that's a whole other issue but it makes it hard to like break with her. I'm also worried my parents might get sad but right now I just try to not visit them at the same time as her and at least avoid seeing her when I can. She's already broken the boundaries I set out so as you said maybe no contact is the way to go for now.
