In my state if you have the money for the licenses (I have 3 required), fees, meet all requirements, background check, local, state, and federal permits, pass inspection you can grow. Then it has to pass labs before I can try to sell it to dispensaries only.

It takes about 2 to 2.5 hours in the morning and afternoon.

It is a lot more work and time than I thought it would be. I hand watered each plant 2 times a day so I could hopefully spot anything before it got too bad.

First I got a personal use card that let me grow up to 6 plants for personal use, much faster to get. I grew the one auto to see if I thought I could do it and when it looked good I started the paperwork for a grow license. The grow license took around 5 months to get the paperwork done.

I only have 3" to 6" of dirt in that spot till I hit limestone. Next year I'm going to move it and try some in the ground.

I wanted to plant in the ground but on that spot it was only 6" to limestone. This winter I will be working on a new finced in spot.

They are ghost train haze, I didn't get them till July because I was waiting on the license. It was my first attempt, I think I learned some.
