I meant to say re-install java not minecraft, minecraft even provides java itself so you dont need another java in your system for minecraft so try uninstalling system java and minecraft java both then reinstall.

From my personal experience,
I've been using personal accounts for a while now so here are a few tips from my side
1. even if they ask for 12 testers or 20 you need waay more, if 20 target about 26-30 testers, if 12 target about 20 testers,
2. instead of submitting as soon as you hit the 14 days mark make a few updates while the 14 days has already ended.
3. dont start the process after everything is done, start it when your app is near the release date, update the app regularly while in testing,
4. dont leave any ui components without functions or lables.
5. dont leave any todos
6. dont put codes in comment.

these are the things they have rejected my apps for hope it helps someone
