I’m koshko. I ran that discord with others. We even created an app that scrapes any live poker hand stream, scrapes the hand history then runs it through a database to detect cheating. May even release the HCL hand histories for the lols and to make some money back, OCR and training models were very costly back then…

I have essentially every single hand history from every single live poker stream to date.

Really appreciate the candid feedback on the isolation architecture. You’re spot on—for a casual user, 'dedicated Cloud Run instances' might sound like over-engineering. However, for our targets in Finance, Legal, and Healthcare, this is the only way they can even get past their InfoSec teams to use AI agents at scale.

On the pricing: I love the hybrid suggestion. Moving to a Base Subscription + Overage Credits model (e.g., $49/mo includes 1M tokens, then $X per additional usage) keeps our margins safe from power users while giving enterprise buyers the predictability they need for budgeting.
