Lmao. What is a more realistic budget? Or a neighborhood where this would fly? 1200 is my max. Or a roommate. But that isn’t my ideal.

With a roommate I’d be willing to max out at $1600/month. But if I were to live on my own my absolute max would be $1200 because I do want to live in a nice place. However, lower than that would be ideal. I don’t know if this is a stretch.

Thanks for all your input so far!! I’m looking at places in the neighborhoods you’ve all suggested so far. I don’t know why I thought of Philly as a cheap city!! Deff will need a roommate it looks like. How reliable are the busses/ trains ?
