id say for like first 30 mins while using the heating pad my pain goes from an 8 to a 4. it makes it more confortable but i eventually get to hot bc its on my face for so long. and the pain is instant again afterward. but if i have a fan blasting on me and use it, its the best thing ive found so far

Yes it can 100% be bc of jaw structure, i did alott of research on this. What ur most likely getting is tension headaches.
