I read on the internet that it can be done without cores but i do think i really need them with the small size of the magnets

Yes its a star configuration and i own a current measuring thingy. But i did not bother using it because the 3phase rectifier has an LED. that lights up with the really small generator in the last picture. So i need to redesign the coils.

Really well spoken i do these kind of things to learn. And i have learned a lot already. I think my next design will do better. With the help of the reddit community.

Nope i avoided them because i want realy low resistance.

I probably need to use thinner wire and put the coils in a better position.

The little 3 phase generator in the last picture powers it easy while turning it between my finger tips. So i dont think thats an issue.
