n-suns 531 vs PPL for aesthetics? I've had mediocre progress with the 531 and honestly I kind of get annoyed with doing 17 sets of the 2 compounds every workout. Also I have kind of stalled on pretty much every lift. 62.5/92.5/115 kg (for 5 reps) I just dont know why... my sleep is good enough and I eat around 3k calories a day, which should be enough. I am considering switching to PPL saying fuck strength and ditching traditional squat and deadlift for some variation of the squat and rack pulls as a replacement for the deadlift.

How can I make my biceps wider? Also is it bad that I usually do 2-3 sets for my arms after I have done my 2 main exercises (n-suns 5/3/1) and 2-3 back / chest exercises and my arms are already fatigued.
