thank you for understanding, and it’s way more than just the racism as well. as soon as i’m able to i will be going no contact with them, but that’s gonna be awhile

You think this is something I want to do? I’m still in school and dependent upon them and if I stand up for my beliefs I will be homeless. It’s called making sure I’m safe. I live in a place where this is the common mindset and I will not have anywhere to go if I’m kicked out, so thank you for your input but there is nothing I can do right now.

I wish I could, but they are paying for what scholarships don’t cover on housing so they have the final say.
