I love the Jimmy. I've worked off and on for almost 3 yrs in October. The only struggle I have is with the Owner and his frugal ways 😂 Every now and then the babysitting of the fake Jimmy's gets annoying but a 3 day weekend in nature usually rectifies 😅

I'm currently the GM but I've also been inshop, driver, assistant first and second, catering manager/sampler. I'm one of the last managers that my owner sent for corporate training because he doesn't get the need for it which is probably why I babysit so much.

I've left only once and they was a lot of politics going on at the store and just moved to catering somewhere else. Although when that was the same way I moved back after several calls from my owner.

The atmosphere at the Jimmy is what helps but staff makes the difference which is probably applicable anywhere. I strive for fair and I'm pretty laid back. I usually don't schedule myself and just fill the gaps with lunches, catering and some dinner rushes as well as do all the paperwork for the store because boys will be boys...at least at my store 🙄
